Prior to joining JMP, Kevin was Principal at Broadview International, a technology-focused M&A advisory firm, where he led the firm's west coast infrastructure software M&A practice and completed more than 30 transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, divestitures, private placements and strategic advisory assignments. Kevin previously worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) designing and implementing custom and off-the-shelf software applications.

Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a BA in Liberal Arts from Wheaton College.
