J.J. Brown is a Director in JMP Securities' investment banking group.

Prior to joining JMP Securities, J.J. was a director in the healthcare investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets with a focus on the healthcare services sector. Beforehand, he was a vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions advisory group and an attorney at Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he worked in both the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions departments.

J.J. holds a JD from the New York University School of Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
