Bard Cook Managing Director Debt Advisory Services Bard Cook is a Managing Director and head of debt advisory services at JMP Securities. Bard joined JMP in 2009. He was previously a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where he established its U.S. corporate debt business and held a number of senior positions in the firm's high yield, private placement and debt capital markets groups. Bard was responsible for more than 175 debt financings at RBC, including 40 transactions as a bookrunner valued at more than $5 billion in total. Prior to joining RBC, Bard was employed by Mellon Bank, where he was responsible for its private placement division and held several positions in corporate banking. Bard holds a B.A. from Yale University. |
